" We all really enjoyed the vacation and Wai'ula'ula. I must say that your firm is very professional and the home was definitely up to our expectations. To be honest, I used to be a member of Exclusive Resorts and also vacationed on the Big Island 2 years ago (Mauna Lani). We were a little aprehenisive trying to find a comparable home to rent over the internet. However, the Wai'ula'ula villa in every way was very much up to our standards. We also liked the fact that the use of resort facilities were included. We probably won't be travelling again outside of Japan until next year, but will certainly contact you next time we do so. I think Thailand would definitely be amongst our top choices. "
